I’m sorry about that! I just fixed this in 4.1.2, which adds a check for older versions of Gravity Forms.
Ok, the directory is now showing but it is saying it has no entries but there are 772 form entries…
Same issue here on recent update. Pagination works as expected but the entire directory is missing. Nothing useful in debug or error logs to help diagnose.
The entirety of this segment is filled with a lot of white space between tbody tags, but no data:
<tbody class="list:user user-list">
</tbody>
Wanted to share:
Rolling back to version 3.8.1 seems to do the trick and bring back the directory. All other versions between 3.8 and 4.1 seem to have this frontend display issue.
I’m using PHP7 and GF 2.2.6 for reference.

Bozz, thanks for the info. Do you have a version of 3.8.1 that you can make available?- I don’t have a copy of it to roll back to. Thanks!!
You can find previous versions of this plugin in the Advanced View accessed from the sidebar. For GF Directory:

Another route is to use the WP Rollback plugin.

I was hoping upgrading GF to 2.3 would resolve this. Unfortunately it has no effect, displaying no entries on the frontend.
Now using GF 2.3 with 3.8.1 of this plugin. Displays ok, however here is the relevant debug info if helpful. Presumably this was what the new update was aiming to address.
