Directory Listing Denied error message after uploading

I FTP’ed the entire WP folder to a seperate folder on my already existing website (I called the seperate folder ‘blog’) and when I look at that folder on my browser, it says “Directory Listing Denied, This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.” So I know that something is in this folder (I don’t get a 404 not found message). What did I do wrong?
