       The members directory no longer works after update to Version 2.14.0 I can see that there is a lot more sanitisation, after the wordfence told me that you had a security hole.This problem is urgent. [ultimatemember form_id=“1389]In class-shortcodes.phpget_post( $args[‘form_id’] ) returns empty string, about line 686It does exist, and has not been touched in months. See entry below.BTW, I have set up ultimate member to be the only one of my plugins that I do not allow automatic updates. It seems that you update anyway.MembersEdit | Bin | Duplicate This1389No[ultimatemember form_id="1389"]Published2026/02/06 – 19 Shevat 5786 at 09:0Ω

 * Are you using a custom members.php template?
 * These templates were update together with UM 2.14.0
 *     ```
       profile/comments.php
       profile/posts.php
       login.php
       members.php
       profile.php
       register.php
       ```
 * The comment about shortcodes.php is incorrect.
 * The basic problem is that members-list.php template is receiving an empty “data”.
   I have tried to follow the code from the shortcode to sending the information
   for the template to pick up. I have difficulty with javascript. I think the query
   is not working, but I cannot see how.
 * Note that this is true on local and live. I have disabled the slightly modified
   copy of the template in the theme.
 * Can someone help me with this? I have ascertained that the user information is
   all correct.
 * Do you have any active local WP caching plugin or web hosting server caching?
   Check also for a hosting Web Application Firewall (WAF)?
 * Thanks, Miss Veronica, I shall do that (not at home at the moment): but please
   note that a version of the site from before the update of the plugin works perfectly.
 * Hello [@davidjazz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/davidjazz/)
 * I can not test the member directory on your website because of the access restriction.
 * Please take screenshots or/and share details of the directory AJAX request. You
   can find this request in the “Network” tab of the browser tools. We need information
   from these subtabs: Headers, Request, Response.
 * ![](https://i0.wp.com/i.ibb.co/cSdn7HHV/UM-member-directory-AJAX-request.png?
   ssl=1)
 * Send us error details from the browser Console tab if there are JavaScript errors.
   Send us error details from the _debug.log_ file if there are PHP errors.
 * Regards
 * Hi [@davidjazz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/davidjazz/)
 * The console does not provide enough information. Without detailed data of the
   directory AJAX request, I cannot be certain. However, the console indicates that
   the server responded with a status of 403 “Forbidden”.
 * This may happen if you use an outdated custom template of the member directory(
   the _members.php_ file) that is not compatible with the version 2.14.0. Try to
   use the default member directory template:
    1. Verify that there is no custom _members.php_ template in your theme. A path
       from the root directory is `wp-content/themes/{active_theme}/ultimate-member/
       templates/members.php` where `{active_theme}` is your active theme folder.
    2. Make sure that the “Default Template” option is selected in the directory “Template”
       setting.
 * I have removed all php files relating to this plugin from my theme. The member.
   php file in templates is  @version 2.14.0 Still presents empty data to the list
   template.
