    Hi Crissymarie,
    Sorry for the delay… well, I see your link is in development, but one thing you can do is modify the /css/si_employees.css stylesheet. You’ll find classes like the below;

    .employeephoto {
    padding: 10px 4px 0 0;
    width: 100px;
    float: left;
    }
    .employeebio {
    padding: 4px 0 0 10px;
    overflow: hidden;
    }
