Directly Cached Files Warning

    In the section for Directly Cached Files, I am seeing a warning:

    Warning! C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wsvc1/ is writable. Please make it readonly after your page is generated as this is a security risk.

    What is this warning trying to tell me? Is this something I need to fix?
