    Hey there! I know this is a useful plugin as I’ve used on an older site (2.7 I think.) I appreciate your hard work!

    With 3.8, I seem to be having issues having the function actually bring up alternative featured image functions. At first it was having parsing issues and after a bit of research, I finally got it to stop producing an error. But its not producing anything at all at this point. The plugin is installed, etc.

    Can you please advise?

    Just to be clear here, make sure you actually install the plugin and don’t just copy the code blindly. This error was definitely facepalm-worthy on my part.

    @samrdbarnes: i’ve also followed the instructions to the t, but it doesn’t work for me. installed and copied and pasted the code… is there any other insight you can offer?

    also re-step 4 — it says to add a final line of code to the theme. if this referring to a specific php file in the template i’ve downloaded?
