direct payament with paypal

Hello! I have a problem with the payment methods. If the seller’s shop sets up any payment method allowed by the administration (management of payments and withdrawals) at the time of cehckout it does not show it to me (I send you the screenshot to let me understand what it tells me). The only way to display it is to enter payment options on Woocommerce. But in this case the seller cannot choose the type of payment. If, for example, on woocomerce it is set as a payal payment method and the vendote has entered bank transfer, the buyer can only pay by paypal. Why doesn’t it take into account the administrator settings? I would also like the buyer’s payment to go directly to the seller and the administrator to take only a small percentage. Thank you!
