I inserted the code in funcation.php to have my event links go directly to the third party event site. In doing that, it deactivates any links I add within the event description. For ex: I want to hyperlink “Boston NAPS” in the event description to bring it to the Boston NAPS blog post within my site. Is there a way to activate linking within the event description and still keep the event links directing to the third party site?

    Hey @brittg,

First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual.

Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.

    Thank you for reaching out.

I see what you mean. I will ask our code wizards to see if they have any suggestions. Aside from that, if you could get the link elsewhere (e.g.: custom field), I believe it could work since all other links seem to be working (venue, buy now, etc..).

    Hang in there!
