Direct link to a glossary item

    Hello,
    is it possible to link from a other page direct to a glossary item? For example on page A I’ve the word “WordPress” and now I like to link this word with the glossary item “WordPress”. So when someone click on page A the word it opens the glossary (maybe in a new window) and scroll direct to the word (it’s only relevant, if the glossary has a lot of items.
