Direct Link from Calendar to Page

I would like my customers to be able to click an item on the calendar that will take them right to the page associated with the event without having to see the event details first or have to click on “Event Link.”

I have done a search for this and it sounds like answer is no, according to a post about a year ago.

If this is not a standar option is there some sort of work around.
