# Direct Download Issue

 * After my PDF downloads, the page is stuck (you see the wheel spinning)…
    It never
   reaches the confirmation page…
 * How can I fix this?

 * Hi,
 * Note that now the download doesn’t even start. It goes straight through to the
   confirmation page.
    Only when I return to the form page, the certificate is being
   downloaded and presented to me.
 * I’m using the Old version until you fix this 🙂
