direct download doesn’t work

    Hello,

    I’m having a problem with the extension. The direct download doesn’t work. When I press the download button, it adds the product to the cart. Then when I go into the cart it tells me it’s empty.

    Why does it add the product to the cart? and why doesn’t the download start directly.

    For info I use woocommerce and its extensions (subscription and membership). I apply a 100% discount to products with membership, so that people who are not subscribed can still buy the product.

    Hi mate it might be an incompatibility. Are you talking about the download button on shop/archive pages, or on the product page itself?
