    Hi,

    Thank you very much for creating this plug-in I’m just having a bit of an issue with a test purchase. I’m getting the following error message:

    [StatusDetail] => 2000 : The Authorisation was Declined by the bank.

    My payment gateway response is as follows:

    Payment Gateway Response:Array
    (
    [VendorTxCode] => cxxx0
    [Created] => 2014-03-27 22:34:58
    [VPSProtocol] => 2.23
    [Status] => NOTAUTHED
    [StatusDetail] => 2000 : The Authorisation was Declined by the bank.
    [VPSTxId] => {8364xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx6786}
    [SecurityKey] => LxxxxxxxxL
    [AVSCV2] => DATA NOT CHECKED
    [AddressResult] => NOTPROVIDED
    [PostCodeResult] => NOTPROVIDED
    [CV2Result] => NOTPROVIDED
    [3DSecureStatus] => OK
    [result] => notauthed
    )

    Everything seems to go well and the website sends me to the verified by Visa test box which asks you to simply type “password” to verify, but after doing this the transaction falls apart.

    It should be noted that the transaction is pointing at the sagepay test server and the payment is only for £0.01. Is the bank declining the transaction because of the configuration or the low amount to be processed?

    Thanks a lot!

    Jared.

    Hi
    In test £0.01 should work however in live I would say £1.00 minimum.

    Everything looks fine, the error is SagePay’s response. I would suggest contacting SagePay support.

    You could try clearing your 3DAuth rules – just to eliminate that so it doesn’t check 3DSecure.

    I’m assuming the simulator works fine.

    regards

    Hi Steve,

    Sorry I know what my problem was. I tried connecting to the server using a normal debit card rather than one of sagepay’s test card numbers.

    Silly mistake sorry to bother you, great plug-in by the way 🙂

    Best regards,

    Jared.
