Hi @rashely!
Could you please let us know what’s the site’s URL? We’d like to check the logs to see if the emails were actually sent or not.
Cheers!
Hi @rashely,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

Any news ? My clients needs to know wich solution I can bring him. I prefere to use your plugin, but if it-s not possible to find why it’s stopped working, let me know 🙂
Hi @rashely,
Unfortunately, I could not find any MailPoet 3 account associated with the website http://www.clubpdm.org.
Can you please confirm you’re sending with our own sending service? Or are you using a 3rd-party sending method to send your emails with MailPoet?
If you’re sending with your own sending method, can you confirm the sending method is working as expected?
Can you please Test Your Spam Score with Mail Tester and share the results with us?
Thank you!

Hello,
yes I confirm you the address of the website is https://www.clubpdm.org/
The method to send was: my own… so it’s because of that it’s not working.
So i changed the method, i created an account (with an email address from the domaine name) and i put the code on my settings/activation key (it’s green).
It says its validated and I can send my mails now (i got an email who say everything is ok now) … but I still can’t send my campaign. It says it’s waiting for validation.
I don’t anderstand what is missing. Thank you very much for your help!
Have a nice day!

Hello,
this is some news 🙂
– I waited one hour to be able to send my newsletter after the validation message
– I asked to validate the email address sender, and after a while, it was ok
– now my campaign is blocked because it says some emails address are too old. So I must check all of them before to be able to send again the newsletter.
For my others clients, I use an other solution who is cleaning the database when ther is some old email address. I’m surprised Mailpoet can’t do it. I’m using this list since decembre 2018 with Mailpoet (before today, I was using the server solution). So it can be a proposition of improvement 🙂
Have a nice day!
