We have enabled the digital wallets and its not seeing the “billing_state” and once we populate the gpay or Apple pay we get a kick back saying that the billing state is not populated.

Running a js snippet in console shows me that the billing_state is actually populated as you can see here:

However if i look at the ajax request to woocommerce that is calledback to after attempting a payment you can clearly see this data is being stripped out/lost.

I have disabled all plugins apart from woocommerce and the square plugin, ran this on a twentytwenty theme to remove any theme issues and its still happening.

    Plugin is on version: 2.9
    Woocommerce is on 6.1.1

    To test goto this url:

Use this early access code to view it:
    PVWribs

Select the 10:15am slot as its only $0.20 and then try to pay with JUST the apple pay or gpay with dev tools open.

    Thank you

    Plugin Support 3 Sons Development – a11n

    (@3sonsdevelopment)

    Hello there,

I ran a test on my site using Google Pay in Chrome and Apple Pay in Safari just now and both worked for me with Square. I tested this with variable products as it appears the type you linked to above.

If the product type is not simple or variable, like one added from another plugin or custom coding, then it won’t work with digital wallets. In that case, it would have a different error message though.

I don’t see any other mentions of this in our tickets or on GitHub. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Thanks!
