    I noticed lately that digital signatures files are all blank. This feature had been working away without any issues but for the last few months all PNG files are totally empty.

    I checked with my hosting company to see if any server setting could be causing this but having checked they confirmed this is not the case.

    Could you take a look at this feature from your end please to see if you can replicate this issue?

    Just to touch on the issue with digital signatures once more. Was hoping you might have spotted this support post and addressed it and responded accordingly. You probably just missed it so I’ll just bump it with my own response in the hope that you notice it!

    Are you using multi-sites in your WordPress installation? We have identified a potential issue with multi-sites upload directory. Please let me know if that is the case.

    Just to confirm it’s actually just a normal wordpress site. It’s not a multi-site installation. Hope that information helps! I would imagine it would be possible for you to replicate the issue in a test environment.

    Thanks for looking into it. I just had thought. I want to see if I can exclude happyforms from Litespeed cache to see if that might be the cause of the issue. I’ll update here if it solves it.
