I noticed that the emails do not contain the download link, and if you click the link to view the receipt, it does not show the download link.
So, customers can pay for a product... they just can't get the product they paid for.
This used to work; I have receipts from customers that show the download link through June 10th. After that, not only does the download link NOT display, neither does the "Shipping Information" panel, which showed the customer address with the note "Delivery via: Download"
Most of our orders are for physical products, so it's only recently that we have noticed this problem.
Cart66 needs to step up and resolve this problem, because based on the dates, it is around the time the last product update was posted.
We respectfully request a solution or workaround to this problem for an otherwise great product.
