[Resolved] Digital Downloads – zip files are being corrupted
This has got me scratching my head, I’ve set up WooCommerce for a record label offering digital downloads but when the zip file is downloaded, it becomes corrupt, WinRAR displays the following message when trying to unzip it:
‘The archive is either unknown or damaged’
What I did notice with the downloaded zip file, when you open it (in WinRAR) rather than unzip it, the CRC32 value is set to 00000000 whereas on the original zip file, it’s a random value as it should be.
I’ve set the download file method to Force Downloads & X-Sendfile (want to avoid using re-direct only) but still getting the same issue and I’ve also downloaded the files via ftp to check they uploaded OK, which they did so if anyone could shed any light on this it would be appreciated and I should mention, the file sizes are quite big, anywhere from 50MB to 150MB.
