    I’m having a problem with pdf files as digital downloads in E-commerce.

    When I set up a product as a download, and then select it from my computer, the version that goes out with e-commerce ALWAYS sends an error message to the customer saying not a valid pdf. I will then e-mail them the exact same file and they have NO problems with it.

    I have tried putting the file directly in my media library in order to “select from existing files”, but then it doesn’t show up on the list when I go this route.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem or know how to fix it? The whole intent of using this plugin is that I don’t have to email the file to each customer. 🙁

    Hi there,

    Are you sure that the hosting that you are using allow you to send pdf files? Do you have screenshot of the error?

    This require a bit of investigation.

    I’ve found the problem – it’s because of the NextGen Gallery plugin by photocrati.

    When I disable it, everything works!
