DigiNews Menus on iPad

I am using the DigiNews theme. The menus do not appear correctly on an iPad. The site is http://www.ncpoliticalnews.com. Does anyone have a fix? I have searched and found other threads referencing similar problems, but have not seen one with a solution offered.
