    Sheryl, yes if you remove it and add the plugin again via WordPress that should work.

    I followed the directions, got Digg Digg back up and running but had to tweak the settings for like an hour, because for some reason the Digg Digg floating bar was about two inches wide and covered part of my text on my blog…finally got it working right, and now it’s gone AGAIN.

    But, it shows up in my Plugins list. Any suggestions? I don’t really want to use a different plugin, but this is getting to be a major problem.

    My blog is: http://keenlykristin.com. Thanks.

    Hey kristinnw

    I can’t see the plugin output on your blog when visiting a post, can you check which version you have installed and that it is active both in the plugin admin area and in the Floating Display admin page?

    Sorry for the hassle. Hopefully we’ll get it back up and running for you. 🙂

    I’ve read through this whole post and tried to trouble shoot a few things on my own;

    I’m on a Windows machine
    I downloaded the new Digg Digg release an hour ago
    There was -not- an extra folder
    Attempted to install
    Install failed
    message: Destination folder already exists…
    Deleted both the old and the new Digg Digg files from my computer
    Tried to install again through WP search on site, same problem…
    Destination folder already exists

    Any idea’s? I’m not an airhead when it comes to computers, i can work my way around a number of things.. that said I’m no programmer, so perhaps I’m missing something??
