  • @emanuel,

    In Tools->Crontrol do you have a ‘s2_digest_cron’ hook name?

    In Subscribe2->Settings is the digest period set? Is there a time shown for the next digest and is it in the future?

    #1) Yes. Here is what it says:

    s2_digest_cron [] 2013/10/04 06:00:00 (17 hours 21 minutes) 1 day

    #2)Yes and yes. Here is what it says:

    Next email notification will be sent when your blog time is after: October 4, 2013 @ 6:00 am

    To clarify… I am not sure if *nobody* received the digest, but at least 5 separate people did not receive it, including my own personal subscription. (We have 91 public subscribers, btw). Interestingly, the admin account *did* receive it!

    @emanuel,

    Okay, well that’s quite different. Emails are being generated and sent but some are not arriving. You need to troubleshoot the emails generation and sending. There’s a guide here:

    http://subscribe2.wordpress.com/2013/09/17/troubleshooting-emails-in-subscribe2/

    You would probably be best starting by installing the email logging plugin, that will allow you to see if the emails are being generated, if they are then the no-delivery is happening further down the chain of emailing events.
