Diffrent shipping fee based on checkbox value

I’m wondering if the pro-version of this plugin is something for my site. I’m already using flexible shipping for calculating the shipping costs based on the weight. Now I need the following function:

So we sell ingredients for cocktails, and if the customer has multiple cocktails or maybe also some equipment we combine those to fit in one package, so we only have to pay for one shipping. With the “weight” calculator this works perfectly fine.

Now… the customer has the option to buy a product as a present. He can do this trough a checkbox on the single product page. If this checkbox is checked, we ship this single product in a single package. So if the customer has more than this product in his cart, we can’t combine those in one package, cause on of them is a present and the other we need to send in a second package. As a result we have to pay for two packages, but we only get paid the shipping fees based on the weight, means for one package. Now the big question is… does this plugin provide a option to solve this problem. That based on a checkbox and based on the items in the cart, the shipping fees can be adjusted or not.
