  • The usual and working way to login to your WordPress site is through http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin or http://www.yoursite.com/wp-login.php unless you’ve done something to change that url.
And if you host your website at GoDaddy, your login page is also at GoDaddy.

    Hi
To Jack, Thanks for redirecting me to that article. I followed along and everything turned out OK. I was a bit worried about backing everything up but it turned out to be a breeze in the end. Thanks a lot for that Jack.

To sinip, I phoned Godaddy twice about the login problem and spoke to two different people and both told me they don’t offer help where worpress login page is concerned because they only host WordPress, they don’t run it.

Seemed a little strange that a company that big would allow another platform on its servers and not know anything about it.

    Michael.

    Well, GoDaddy’s support is… well, “famous”… 😀
I mean any PHP piece of code that is hosted somewhere actually run at that place as well. Why would they differentiate between WP as a platform and its login page (which is integral part of WP) – beats me. But you got it sorted out and that’s what counts.
