Has anyone else had difficulty in getting contact@wpsteward.com to respond to and comply with a request to ending a subscription to the UTM upgrade?

I have been attempting to do this for about 6 years. I have gotten no response. When my credit card company contacted them, they maintained we had an active account (and therefore, were entitled to charge me)…despite my repeated requests that they cancel (or not renew) this upgrade. I have provided all the account information that we have.

The website no longer exists. The Twitter account no longer exists. (Neither has for 7 or 8 years). It is unbelievable that they cannot find this account to cancel the upgrade, but have no problem finding my credit card information for charging me.

If anyone has successfully canceled or ended a subscription to the UTM upgrade, please provide information on how you accomplished this.

    Hey @lifeishotblog !

Wow, this is a shocking message to get, and I feel pretty terrible that it came to you asking this publicly (but completely understand, and would have taken to publicity well before now if I were you.)

I checked my messages and I did find a recent one, but none from the years before. I’ve cancelled the subscription, and refunded as much of it as Stripe would let me refund.

Please let me know (via email… I just replied there too) if there’s anything else I can help with!

Also, the website betterclicktotweet.com still exists, but I bet you purchased back when I was selling from wpsteward.com. All told, this just seems like a giant worst-case scenario of communication, and I feel pretty bad about that.
