Difficult to get the refund

    We are asking for a refund, but it isn’t easy. It does not seem to be the same on their website that “30-Day Money Back Guarantee”.

    We process a refund within 24 hours once it is submitted to our refund page.

    We have sent you the refund screenshot to illustrate that we have issued your refund on Oct 18th.

    So, it is recommended to get in touch with your bank and check what is actually going on.
