First, I like this idea, so I did a scan

Its showing plugins that are in use as ‘Unknown’ and others which are known but have been deleted and a whole bunch of unintelligible flags?
There is no Key Code in terms of explaining the colour makers?
It says ‘deleted’ when in fact it has not as no actioned has yet been performed? However and to be fair, I suspect it should say ‘Delete?’
No safety method of db i.e. backup before affecting changes.
Its not intuitive at all.
The GUI is simply awful and seems to have been overlooked. If you need an idea how a GUI should look, try looking at Zencache > Simple, Easy and intuitive.
So for me at least, no way in using this as one click of the button and your DB could be ruined!
Needs more work as I felt it had been rushed to development; suggest you select (and not developers) a few beta testers and get their feedback which would push this nice idea along.
