    Is there an option, at free version or at pro version, for assigning each
   service to one or more workers? So the customer can choose a service and the 
   worker who will attend him/her. Thanks.

 * That can be done with the pro version. The solution is create a calendar for 
   each worker then use a shortcode like this one (without the ID):
 * [CPABC_APPOINTMENT_CALENDAR]
 * … that way a drop-down select field will appear above the calendar allowing to
   select the calendar (worker) and each worker will get its own notification emails
   and will have its own availability control.
