It depends how you changed login URL.
If you did not see extra inputs and if you can login successfully – then plugin works correctly.
You can share login url and I will try to tell if everything is okey.
You can send me url via feedback form privately if you want.
P.S. If you moved your login page into different location then you already blocked most part of brute-force attacks.

I use this little very efficient plugin : Move Login
Security-Protection plugin works correctly with “Move Login” plugin.
I tried to use these 2 plugins together and everything looks fine for me.
