Yes it is. I’m off on vacation right now and only have my phone to type so I will respond more completely early this upcoming week.
Thanks @metaphorcreations .. appreciated.
Sure, when you have time a link to some docs or some pointers would be great.
Thanks again!
Sorry for the delay on this. If you want different Ditty tickers on different pages you can either include the shortcode for the specific ticker on each page/post, if these are displayed in your content. If your ticker is displayed somewhere that isn’t easily editable for specific pages you can use the Global render method, which inserts the Ditty with javascript based on an html selector of your choice. Here’s a short doc on this: https://www.metaphorcreations.com/article/ditty/general/global-ditty-rendering/
The video on this page shows how to limit the display of a Ditty to a specific page based on a html/css selector.
The style of the ticker can be set various ways. You can edit the display of your Ticker and select the Style tab to modify the look and feel of the ticker itself. If you want to modify the layout and style of each individual item in your ticker you need to view the Items panel and click the pencil/paintrush icon to open the Layout screen for the item. Then click Customize to edit the html and css for your item. After creating your layout you can save it as a template to apply to other items.
I currently don’t have super great documentation to help with this right now, but hopefully this will get you started. Let me know if this helps at all or if you have any other questions.
Thanks @metaphorcreations. I’ll give this a go and report back.
That works a treat. Great plugin. Thanks!
