I’m new to customizing WooCommerce code and I’m just learning hooks. I want to use a different template to display the shop (archive-product.php) page and all other WooCommerce pages, particularly single-content.php.

I’m just not sure how to do that.

They are already different. One uses content-product.php template file and the other content-single-product.php template file.
