Not quite sure what you are wanting to do but judging from your photo, you want the menu item to be one name but the page heading to be different? Name your page what you want, then your menu item you can replace the menu item label with what you want. When you drag a page on to the menu, you don’t have to use the name that is there, you can change it.

yes, you understood right) but when I change name of the page in same time it changes in menu also. how to do it?

As mentioned, you need to open that menu up and change the label of that menu item, then you are good to go with it 🙂

the menu is working only on the bottom. I was adding each page one by one. what is this code doing? http://pastebin.com/Tj7csxXd

That code displays the title of your page/post.

In menu or on the page?

In the page or post. If your menu link on your main menu was changed to your newly renamed page title, then you need to open up the menu and edit the menu item label (name) to what you want. Here is a reference to menus (and changing (customizing) the label)
