Could someone direct me to an explanation of how to obtain different sidebars/different widgets on different pages?
I have a multipage site in which I need to be able to use 3 different text boxes in the right sidebar on 3 different pages.
As always, thanks for an awesome theme
EDIT: think I found the answers here:

You can also try this plug-in, it's pretty useful:

Thanks for the suggestion. Looks a little more up to date than the method found. Will look into it and report back. From the description it seems that the plug might do everything I need!

    :)
Well is something not everybody want, so makes sense not include it in the core and leaving it as plug-in, I think..
Could you mark this topic as resolved?

Just realized that there is another suggested plug on the http://www.themesandco.com/customizr/ - namely http://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-sidebars/

any pros and cons between the two or just different flavors of the same thing? :)

Maybe you can use both. They do different things, with the first you use same sidebars but widgets displaying is conditional, with the second you have conditional sidebars (but I didn't try it). So it's up to you. :)

ahh, thanks for the tip. Seems that widget-logic will serve me just fine as long as I am doing simple stuff
