    Hi,

    thank you for your message.

You can do it by the Flexible Shipping and our other plugin – Active payments. It is not possible directly by only the Flexible Shipping.

You can read more about the conditional shipping payments on our website.

Here is the second article with more exact instructions: https://docs.flexibleshipping.com/article/35-conditional-cash-on-delivery-cod

In your case, you should create 2 zones in the Woocommerce, then configure shipping methods for them in the Flexible Shipping and then connect them with exact types of payments in the Active Payments plugin.

As it’s the paid option, we don’t provide more support for this kind of plugins on wordpress.org. Please write a ticket here https://flexibleshipping.com/support/. In the subject, please select the Pre-sale Question.

    Best regards,
    Łukasz

I was thinking about your case and decided that it’s worth telling you about a possibility which doesn’t require you to use a paid plugin.

Unfortunately, in this case client is able to choose bank transfer with the shipping method for COD as the Woocommerce doesn’t provide default option to disable specific payment methods for specific shipping methods.

You can follow my instructions below.

First, create 2 shipping zones and add the postcodes to the zones. You can read more about creating zones here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/#section-3

After that, go to the zones and create shipping methods in each zone. First one would be Shipping A, second one would be Shipping A – COD.

At last you need to create rules in the shipping methods with the Flexible Shipping. You can set different prices in each of them.
If client will come from the first zone, he will see the shipping methods only from the first zone.

    Best regards,
    Łukasz

    Thanks for sharing Lukasz

Unfortunately we would need to have specifically by City not post codes

I am going to be in touch with your pre-sales support now

    Thanks

Hi I have a condition like shipping based on minimum cart value and postal cod ie

if customer from city A has a cart value minimum 25$ then shipping cost will be 5$ and if he orders more then 40$ then shipping is free only for customer from this city. (Not accepting orders less then 25$ from this postal code).

And same way different conditions based on postal code.

    Is it possible? Please help.

    Hi @radhikajaks,

Yes, I believe it should be possible to configure using our Flexible Shipping plugin. In order to configure such scenario you will need to create a shipping zone based on postcodes for this specific city, add a Flexible Shipping method within and set the shipping cost calculation rule based on price starting from $25. If the total value of the products in the cart will be less than $25, the customer in such case will see the ‘There are no shipping methods…’ notice preventing him from placing an order.

    Kind regards,
    Łukasz

Hi @lusp thanks for your reply. I have added shipping zone with postal codes and also added condition minimum cart value with Flexible shipping plugin but it’s not showing shipping cost accordingly please let me know how to do that?

    Hi @radhikajaks,

Could you please show me the screenshot illustrating how is the shipping zone and the shipping method currently configured and how the shipping cost should be calculated? I believe I will be able to tell you what might be wrong then.

    Kind regards,
    Łukasz
