I have integrated woocommerce with facebook catalogue
How did you do this? What plugin did you use for this integration?
I have found out that the issue is with Woocommerce as it is creating multiple times same product, only one of them shows price and stock, others are with no price and stock. Hence some of them show as 0/- value in my facebook catalogue after integration. My woocommerce is being integrated with my POS, where i checked has only 1 stock of the item. Can someone help in rectifying it.
WooCommerce does not create any products itself, but only at the request of a request. I suspect that this request comes from the “facebook for woocommerce” plugin you are using. I would therefore recommend that you contact their support again.
