• Easy enough. I need a plug-in so when I post using my “secretarial” category, my post will appear on the “Secretaty’s Page” page.
I just don’t know what to search for in the plug-ins page.

  • This is very complicated. I had the same problem and I fixed it as follows.

1)Find the redirection plug in. Add it and activate it
2)Create the page and give it a name that you want. F.e “Secretaty’s Page” and publish it
3)Create a category with the same name as the page you created before “Secretaty’s Page”
4)Go to dashboard, tools and there you will find the redirection plug in. Click on add redirection
5)In the source url click the url of the page as it is displayed when you open it (it would be like somethingyourblog.com/secretary). In the target url you will paste the url of the category (like somethingyourblog.com/category/secretary). Now you have associated a category with a page. Each time you will click on that page automatically the system will get you redirected to the category but your users will not understand that and it will look like you have posted something in a different page.

The next big step is to remove the post you want to make it visible only in the Secretaty’s Page from the home page.

Find the Advanced Category Excluder plug in add it and activate it. Do the appropriate settings in order to remove the posts from the category you associated with the page from the home page. Find the Secretary’s category id and exclude it.

I tried to make it simple cause it is complicated.

If you have any question let me know. I would suggest you try step by step everything and once you don’t understand something let me know

    Thanks.
    There is no plug-in?
It seems like a something other people would do frequently?
