    We have noticed on out site that while buying a subscription through PayPal Express works fine on a desktop (with a standard Paypal login page), when doing the same with iPhone and iPad browsers (I haven’t checked Android) users get a different PayPal Checkout login page that allows people to pay with a credit/debit card. This seems to be a bug as subscribers need a Paypal account to make recurring payments.

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    I don’t like pushing requests like this off, but would you mind reaching out to PayPal support to see if they have any control over this?

    We do not have control from our side, and the PayPal checkout page is hosted directly with PayPal and we do not manipulate this from our end based on the browser or device used to checkout. (We build the required API/URL path and redirect to that on checkout).

    PayPal support may be able to shed some more light on this situation than what I can. Thanks for understanding.
