Different navigation bar / logo on static homepage

I’m not at all familiar with code, coming from a print design background, so I was hoping there was a trick to doing this without drilling down into the code.

I’m trying to remove the logo and navigation bar from my static homepage as I have the logo and a click through in the centre.
