Different mobile theme & regular theme

Hi, I’m using the “Yoo-Subway” theme and the site is hebrew language (rtl).
I don’t like the Yoo-Subway mobile theme, is there a way I can use one theme for desktops and one theme for mobiles? If not, is there a free nice theme you can recommend on?
