Different Membership

    With reference to https://wordpress.org/support/topic/protection-shortcodes-stopped-working/#post-9187329

    Having a website where membership2 function as it should be.
    Building another same website with another domainname membership2 doesn’t look anymore as the former and certainly not like the documentation.

    Here are the plugin descriptions with the images:
    The one that works, retrieved at january 2017 from https://wordpress.org/plugins/membership/

    Hello @webitman,

    Second screenshot shows old (Membership 1) version of the plugin. Previous to Membership 2 (your first screen). It is because Membership 2 has inside two versions – for those that are not yet ready to upgrade.
    but when you install Membership 2 and the old version shows it should also show big notification for upgrading to version 2. You should click there upgrade and it will switch to new version.

    Hello Kasia,
    nice to know, now everone knows it.
    But I had to hack the database to make it work.
    Please inform the (free) users and document the plugin well.
    The big notification I missed. Bettter to have the latest in one version in one plugin.
