Different looks in different browser

    Why does my website look different in different browser.

    I mainly use Chrome to format/drafts and other things, but I checked safari and the layout is completely different.

    Any advice or experience with this issue?

    Websites don’t work automatically in every browser & browser version.
    If you want your website to be browser-compatible, the website needs to be coded in a particular manner.

    Start with successfully validating each webpage with the W3C Validator.

    To follow up on this. What if I am using a free theme page? Are free themes by WordPress browser compatible?

    It depends on the theme and how it is coded. Browser differences can also be due to errors – hence Andrew’s suggestion above. What theme are you using?

    I’m using the free version of Simple Catch.
