 * sometimes when I click on a category (any) some new post dont show, when I refresh
   it, they are back. I dont get that. When I go to my site from a link on other
   website, its showing me a old look (no new categories), old social counter and
   without this site scrolling on the right side (–>).

 * did you using caching plugin ? wp super cache, right ?
    you need to lower the
   caching interval time (never try this plugin before but its about interval time,
   the value usually 3600 seconds)
