# Different layout for most recent post

 * I’m developing a WordPress site using Underscores and would like to alter the
   blog page so that it shows the most recent post first with any additional posts
   displayed in 3 columns beneath it.
 * The website uses Bootstrap which I understand far better than PHP and WordPress
   loops.
 * The bottom of the page should also have pagination.
    I’ve found answers on the
   forum but they are very old and when modifying the website I ended up with PHP
   errors I was unable to fix.
 * A code example with some helpful comments would really help me out.
