Different languages and best language plugin for compatibility

    I use at the moment the free version in one language. Now the customer wants to add another languages to the webpages. (German is the standard, Englisch and Swedish should be added)
    Which language plugin is compatible without problems and shows me the other languages too? At least in Minimum the english language!

    Maybe I have to upgrade to premium but, I search for a practicable and compatible solution.

    Hi @kaschwei,

    The use of multiple languages is supported in the Free plugin. I would personally recommend a plugin such as PolyLang or WPML to do this. Make sure during the setup of your translation plugin, that you correctly indicate what language the contents of your site are currently written in.

    o.k. for the compliance pages in different languages it works fine, but for the cookie banner it doesn´t work.
    There is always the standard language available.

    Hi @kaschwei,

    You can translate the Cookie Banner with the “String Translation” feature in these plugins. You might have to go to Complianz > Cookie Banner and click the “Save” button once, this will register the Cookie Banner strings.

    The text domain where you will find these strings is called “complianz”.
