Different language versions of under construction page

Hi!
I’m looking for a way to create an under construction page via the plugin but I also want to add a hyperlink that allows for a quick language change.
So for example the under construction site is in english but it also has two hyperlinks

You can automatically translate UCP in 100+ languages thanks to our integration with Weglot (https://wordpress.org/plugins/weglot/). And yes, you can have a button to switch between languages.Simply install UCP, activate the multilanguage option under content settings and follow the instruction to choose the desired languages.
