Different image is showing while facebook share.

    Hi,

    Whenever I am copying the link or sharing it in facebook, I don’t know why a different image of my website is showing in facebook post. Its really difficult to share any post as Text will be correct but pic will be from different post or advertisement or something else.

    Can you please help me out with that. My website is http://arunthaker.com

    not likely a theme issue, did you installed any facebook opengraph or seo pkugin like yoast seo plugin which include fb og protocol? this will solved some featured fb image issue.

    No I only added below Plugins and that also I deactivated but the problem is still there

    Duplicator
    Easy Facebook Likebox
    ICIT Weather Widget
    Social Media Feather
    Wordpress Ad Widget

    I deactivated all of them but still it is coming. Sometimes facebook is taking pic from Related post but sometime any pic from media gallery (But not the correct one)

    Is there any plugin or any PHP code which I can add in Code snippet and limit that Facebook opengraph functionality?

    I am not a hard coder, just know the basics and can edit the code in Functions.php or through the code snippet. Please help me

    I have not tried it on my website. Just asking whether it may help me with this issue?
