Different Headers?

    Any idea why the header would look different on the homepage than on the regular pages even if they are using the same header template?

    The homepage here uses PHP to pull the same header as the current page, which is here. So the CSS applied to the header is the same, but the header isn’t displaying the same.

    Why would this happen?
