    Hi there,

I am using GeneratePress with Elementor and Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks.

The website will be contained with a width of 1200px, however, on the home page the header, footer, and Hero Image will need to be full width. The content below the Hero Image and above the Footer will be contained within 1200px.

I have been able to do this with the exception of the Footer which I created with Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks. All the other elements were created with Elementor.

In GeneratePress, I specify that the headers and footers should be contained, but this has no bearing on the custom footer I have created. It is always showing as full width on every page.

How do I tell the footer to go full width on the homepage but be contained in 1200px on every other page?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @dharborne,

I am not sure why this is happening on your website.

Would you mind creating a support ticket so that we can have a proper look at your issue?

    Hi @dharborne,

It looks like you are not using this plugin to create footer on your site.

In the latest version, we have added the ability to create multiple headers/footers that can be displayed/hidden on pages as per your requirements. with that, it will be possible to design a separate footer with different width inside elementor and display it only on the homepage and have a common global footer on the rest of the site.
