Different emails to different products

    Hello support,

    I have 2 products to sell. In the email which customers receive once they buy product, they have the title and specific information of the product which I was selling first, not a new product.

    How can I have different titles and information in those emails according to the product which person buys?

    In my case – 1 is an ebook and second is a Planner. I was selling ebook first. I wanted to add a planner, but I get a message – thank you fir purchasing this ebook, so on. I would like to have per each product separate thank you email. Is it possible to do?

    Hello @yulianna

    In the Emails settings for EDD under Downloads > Settings > Emails > Purchase Receipts you can customise the purchase receipt that the customer receives.
    At the bottom of the page there are several template tags that you can add in the body of the email which are dynamic and will be replaced with the actual data from the purchase/customer.

    For example the {fullname} tag in the email will be replaced with the full name of each of the customers that make a purchase.

    The {download_list} tag will be replaced with the nam of the download that the user purchased and a download link for it. If you place that in the email body and the user purchases 3 downloads from you he will have all the different download names and download links in the email.
