• I’m setting up a Storefront (actually a child of Storefront) theme and I don’t seem to have the option to let the customer enter a second address, different from the billing address, for delivery.

    Is this a ‘by design’ feature of Storefront or am I missing something?

    I have Shipping Destination set to ‘Default to customer shipping address’ in the WooCommerce Settings Shipping Options.

    I’ve checked with the Storefront Demo and this definitely shows “Ship to a different address?”.

    I’ve deactivated my child theme and all plugins (except WooCommerce) and still can’t see the option on the Checkout page.

    What do I need to do?

    Page is at http://thewebplumber.com/clickonabed/checkout/

    Hey,

    This is a WooCommerce setting. See the shipping destination option here; https://cloudup.com/ctMmibu31f3

    Same issue here guys, I’ve got tried selecting different options in the WooCommerce settings but no luck.

    Watch the Shipping Settings video here, all will be revealed – mine is fine now.

    (@threesixnine)

    @jetpackjack Sadly, not.

    All default settings. Twenty sixteen theme. Still not seeing separate delivery address.

    Since this is not related to Storefront, please post on the WooCommerce forum – http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

    In WooCommerce settings > Shipping > Shipping zones, you have to set a shipping method. This should solve the problem.

    Hope this will help!
